Can I return my item?
Yes. If there is something wrong, get in touch and we will do our best to fix the problem.
From us posting the order, you have 30 days to be eligible for a return. If more than 30 days has elapsed then unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
For your order to be eligible for a refund, it must be posted back in unworn and unused condition. Enclose your order number and refund request in the package so that we can move forward with the process.
Once we have received the item, and are happy that it is in unworn condition, we require your proof of purchase.
If your return request is approved, you will be credited the amount of your order to your original payment method. This may take up to 7 working days to be processed.
Please note we have a 10% restocking charge on all refunded items.
If you want to swap your item for a different size, we are more than happy to oblige. Follow the return process, but instead request the size you wish to exchange for.
If your original purchase is in unworn condition, we will process your exchange and get another shirt sent out to you for the cost of postage.
To send an item for a refund or exchange, the cost of postage must be covered by the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
